Convention Program Advertising

New for 2026, we're publishing a program for the Big I Indiana Convention being held on November 8 - 10 at the Westin Indianapolis. The program will include the convention schedule, award winner profiles, and an exhibitor directory. It will be distributed to all attendees at the November convention. It will also be made available digitally.

Ad Specifications
Use full page specs for inside front cover, inside back cover, and outside back cover.
  
 Full Page with bleed   9 in x 11.5 in
 Full Page with border  7.5 in x 10 in
 Half Page  7.5 in x 5 in
 Quarter Page  3.7 in x 5 in


SIZE: All ads must match ad size specification provided.

DIGITAL FILES: We prefer all ads submitted by email.

MINIMUM RESOLUTION: 300 DPI placed at 100% size in file. NO WEB IMAGES.

COLOR: Must be process CMYK. No RGB or spot colors.

FONTS: Include all printer & screen (postscript) fonts. For Illustrator or Freehand files, convert all fonts to paths/outlines.

PREFERRED FILE: Hi-res PDF. If your PDF is too large to email, please let us know and we will provide a link to a shared Dropbox folder for your convenience.
