Do I have to be a member to attend the convention?

No, the Big I Indiana convention is open to everyone! Big I Indiana members, however, receive a significant discount on their registration. 

I think I'm registered, how can I check?

If you login on our website, you can view your profile by clicking your name in the top right corner. From your profile, you'll be able to view your upcoming event registrations and ensure you're registered. If you need help verifying your registration, please contact Megan at [email protected] or call (317) 228-3028.  

Are drink tickets included with my registration?

Yes! The number of tickets depends on your registration type. You'll see the information displayed when you choose your registration package. Additional tickets are available to purchase at the event. 

I'm having trouble registering myself or others at my agency/company. I don't see a register button at all. What do I do?

You must login in order to register for any Big I Indiana event. If you're unsure of your login info, please do not create a new account as creating a new account will not allow you to register as a member. Please reach out to Megan or Molly for assistance in resetting your account. 

Is there a registration deadline?

Online registration closes November 5th so we can ensure that your badge and materials are available when you arrive. After November 5th, you can email Megan ([email protected]) to register or simply register onsite. 

Parking downtown is confusing. Where can I park?

We get it. Parking downtown can be a little painful but we're here to help. The Westin offers valet parking and self-parking is available at the Capitol Commons Garage. To find other nearby lots, check out this Downtown Indy Parking Guide. Other nearby lots include the Marriott Downtown Garage, the Washington Street Garage, and the Plaza Park Garage. You can also reserve a space in advance using ParkWhiz. 

How do I get an attendee list? 

Beginning October 1, you can email Megan ([email protected]) to request a current attendee list.   

Will you give me email addresses for attendees? 

No, we do not provide email addresses of attendees or members under any circumstances. 

I’m a Partner. What is included for the convention?

All Partners receive free registrations based on their sponsorship level (listed below) and a discounted or free booth.
Diamond 7 full registrations, 3 one-day registrations
Platinum 6 full registrations, 2 one-day registrations
Gold 4 full registrations, 1 one-day registration
Silver 3 full registrations, 1 one-day registration
Bronze 2 full registrations, 1 one-day registration
General 1 full registration, 1 one-day registration

How do I sponsor the convention?
