Networking, Food, and Fun

Along with learning opportunities, the Emerging Leaders Conference includes lots of networking time for making connections and having fun. On Wednesday, you'll start the afternoon with some fun icebreaker games, learn about burnout, and hear about the importance of relationships, perseverance, and mentorship. That evening, you'll head to dinner onsite at the Stadium Bar & Grill. On Thursday, you'll start the day with a full breakfast, insurance mysteries, and a session about the generation gap. After lunch, you'll hear from a panel or agents and company reps about the state of the industry and get tips on using ChatGPT before heading home.
